Michael Clarke, MARLA, Lettings Director
Michael has been with Mackenzie Smith since 2013 and has applied his vast background of knowledge in the property and lettings field to great effect in the growth of Mackenzie Smith lettings. Leading the team, Michael’s cheery demeanour and positive attitude make him a pleasure to work with whether you are part of the Mackenzie Smith team or a Landlord client. Michael has shown particular strength in helping new landlords enter the industry and grow their portfolios.
Starting in Estate Agency in 1987 Michael has worked in various areas including Camberley Crowthorne, Bagshot, Cranleigh, Guildford, Fleet and Lightwater for a large estate agency firm. Working in lettings since 1995 Michael knows the business inside out, his knowledge of the local area also being extensive, having lived in Sandhurst for many years and worked across the area in Fleet, Camberley, Basingstoke, Bracknell and Yateley. With experience working as an independent agent and for larger organisations Michael has all the skills and knowledge to lead the Mackenzie Smith Lettings team and provide excellent advice and support to our clients.
Francis Williams, Senior Lettings Consultant
Francis is a highly experienced agent, having worked for a range of independent and corporate estate and letting agents in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex over his long career spanning 30 years. During this time, Francis has become an expert in all areas of property and has joined the Lettings department to enhance his knowledge of the field and lend his personal and dedicated approach to help assist all of our landlords and tenants.
Tracy Cook, Senior Lettings Consultant
Tracy brings to the table over 35 years of experience in the local area, having worked in Lettings, Sales, New Homes and Land. She has expertise in the lettings industry and thoroughly enjoys the variety of challenges each day brings.
Jenny Walter, Lettings Administrator
Jenny has worked in the lettings industry for over 25 years and brings much understanding and familiarity, providing a high level of administrative support to Michael and Jayne. Jenny previously worked for a local independent estate agency in Fleet and prior to that she and Michael worked together for one of the large corporates covering areas such as Camberley, Shepperton, Sunningdale and central London.
As Jenny has worked in all aspects of Lettings & Property Management, she understands the importance of providing an excellent service to clients to ensure the smooth process of a tenancy from start to finish. With her friendly personality and great attention to detail, Jenny is a welcome addition the lettings team.
